• Getting started: create your loyalty program, customize your card, and start enrolling customers from your phone.
• Your team: invite staff with an invitation code so they can add stamps and serve customers.
• Billing or account help: email us and include your store name so we can find your account quickly.

For customers

• Adding your card: scan the store's QR code and add the card to your phone's Wallet. You don't need an app.
• Lost card or progress: if you joined with an email, recover your card at getstallmark.com/recover. If you joined without one, the store can look you up by your customer number.
• Privacy requests: email us to access or delete your data. See our Privacy Policy.
