How to add a loyalty card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

You joined a shop's loyalty program that runs on Stallmark. Your card lives in the Wallet app on your phone, so there is nothing to download and nothing to carry.

On iPhone (Apple Wallet)

  1. Scan the shop's QR code with the Camera app, or open the link they sent.
  2. Tap Add to Apple Wallet, then Add in the top corner.
  3. At the counter, open Wallet, tap the shop's card and let staff scan it.

On Android (Google Wallet)

  1. Scan the shop's QR code with the camera, or open the link they sent.
  2. Tap Add to Google Wallet and confirm. You need to be signed in to Google.
  3. At the counter, open Google Wallet, tap the shop's card and let staff scan it.

After each visit

When staff add a stamp or points, your card updates by itself. When it's full, the shop sees that your reward is ready.

Lost your card or changed phone?

If you gave your email when you joined, recover your card here. Your stamps come back with it.

Common questions

Do I need to download an app?

No. The card goes into Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google Wallet on Android, which are already on most phones.

I tapped the button and nothing happened.

Wait a few seconds, then check your Wallet app: the card may already be there. If not, go back to the page and tap the button again. On iPhone, the card opens in Safari most reliably; on Android, make sure you are signed in to your Google account.

Where do I find my card at the counter?

Open the Wallet app (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) and tap the shop’s card. Staff scan the code on it.

I changed phones and my card is gone.

If you gave your email when you joined, you can recover your card and your stamps on the recovery page. If you did not give an email, ask the shop to help.

Does the shop see my personal data?

Only what you choose to give. Email is optional unless the shop asks for it, and Stallmark never sells personal data. See our privacy policy.

How do I remove the card?

Open the card in your Wallet app, open its details and choose Remove (iPhone) or Remove card (Android).
